Let the journey begin!

Hey y’all! Here goes a little stereotypical introduction.. My name is Jayla. Literally the title of the blog…I was born in Okinawa, Japan, I grew up in North Carolina, but Virginia is home.. Ironically enough, as active duty military, my first and current station is back in Okinawa, Japan. For a long time I have been going back and forth with the idea of making a blog. It seemed cliche, cheesy, and played out, but I realized, a blog is a platform for me to be me and express myself, so why not? I have no real vision right now for what I want to talk about, but I definitely don’t want to put myself in a specific category… I want to talk about life, travel, and anything else that comes to mind at time. So, enjoy the journey, it has only just begun…
